PLASTIROL from the Dutch town of Sliedrecht is a manufacturer of plastic foil produced in large rolls. For their raw materials, which are recycled from production waste, in the past they used bulk bags. This usually caused many storage, handling, discharge and replacement issues in their internal logistics system. The move towards larger storage silos linked to a vast duct network became mandatory.
