Mark your calendars: the 13th annual One Day at J&J seminar will take place on July 21 at our corporate headquarters in Tyngsboro, MA, just north of Boston.
Through practical discussion and laboratory demonstrations, this all-day seminar will provide insights into common flow problems that arise when handling bulk solids. New this year Fauske & Associates will be presenting information on dust explosions. You will also have an opportunity to speak directly with our engineers about your unique handling process and how to address any problems you may be experiencing.
We’d love to have you join us on July 21. If you’re not able to join us please forward this email to those who you believe would benefit from the course.
Proper training of personnel involved in solids handling and processing is essential to operating an efficient and reliable bulk solids handling system. This one-day seminar will provide solid insights into common flow problems that arise when powders and bulk solids are put into silos, bins, and hoppers. Ways to characterize a material’s flow properties will also be demonstrated in our laboratory, along with a discussion of proven, practical, and cost effective design solutions.
This course will run from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, and will include notes, lunch and coffee breaks.
- Introduction to bulk solids handling and material testing
- Preventing Dust Explosions presented by Fauske & Associates
- Laboratory tour with actual testing demonstrations
- Training on feeders & segregation
- Open discussion opportunity with J&J engineers
- Social hour and networking
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
